Registration infos :
🔹 You can register for a Workshop Pass or an Event Pass, either solo or with a partner.
– If registering with a partner, you can be from different workshop/dance levels, but you must both choose the same type of pass( either Workshop Pass or Event Pass).

🔹If you register as a solo follower, there’s a high chance you’ll be placed on the waiting list unless you find a partner.
– If you move off the waiting list (e.g. if solo leaders register or spots become available), you’ll be automatically notified.
🔹Choreo Focus must be booked separately as an add-on. Partner registration is required. Only one registration per couple is needed. Limited to 12 couples per level.
🔹 Intensive Focus must be booked as an add-on. No partner required, but registering with a partner is recommended to avoid the waiting list. Limited to 15 couples per Intensive.
🔹 Won a Free Pass? 🎉 Registration is still mandatory.
Simply enter „Free Pass“ + where you won it in the comments field and send us an email. We highly recommend registering within the first two weeks to give yourself the best chance of securing your spot.

*To get the discount, you must have earned at least 1 WSDC Advanced point (for the Advanced discount) or 1 WSDC All Star point (for the All Star discount).
🌻 Cancellation & Refund Conditions
Cancel before 28.02.2027 (incl.) – 75% of ticket price refunded
Cancel before 1.05.2027 (incl.) – 50% of ticket price refunded
After 1.05.2027 – no refund
- If you have purchased a ticket but cannot attend the event, you have the option of transferring your ticket to another person.
- Send an email to info@springtimeswing.com with your reason for transferring and the other person’s contact information. We will get back to you.
- Transfer requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the event starts.
- Transfers can only be applied for the same role and the same level (depending on the current ratio of registrations).
- A 25€ fee is charged for a ticket transfer.
- Free passes are not transferable.
