General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the event „Spring Time Swing“

1. Scope
   These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the organizer and the participants of Spring Time Swing. They apply to all offers and services related to Spring Time Swing.
   
2. Registration
   2.1 Registration for Spring Time Swing is done online through the registration system on the website.
   2.2 Registration is binding and obliges the participant to pay the participation fee.
   
3. Payment
   3.1 Participation fees are to be paid within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.
   3.2 In case of late payment of the participation fees, the organizer reserves the right to give the place to another participant. Registration will expire in this case.
   
4. Cancellation and Termination
   4.1 The participant can withdraw from the contract free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. The organizer reserves the right to retain a 15€ processing fee for refunds.
   4.2 After this period, the full participation fee is due in case of withdrawal.
   4.3 The organizer reserves the right to cancel Swing Time Spring. In this case, any participation fees already paid will be refunded.
   
5. Details
   5.1 Specific details about Spring Time Swing, such as venue, date, time, and program, can be found on the website and in the event description.
   5.2 The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule and program for organizational reasons.
   
6. Liability Participation in Spring Time Swing is at the participant’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the dance event.
   
7. Data Protection
   7.1 The organizer points out that providing correct address details is necessary for the booking to be processed correctly and effectively.
   7.2 The organizer collects and processes personal data of the participants in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The organizer’s data protection policies are available on the website.
   
8. Photography and Video Recordings
   In accordance with information obligations under Art. 14 GDPR, the organizer informs that photo and/or video recordings may be made during the event. These may be used, in particular, for advertising purposes and for editorial use in various media. By purchasing/registering for Swing Time Spring, the participant expressly agrees to the – at no cost to them – publication of the photos and film recordings made by them.
   
9. Final Provisions
   9.1 Amendments or additions to these GTC require written form.
   9.2 Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) für die Veranstaltung „Spring Time Swing“

1. Geltungsbereich

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) regeln das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen dem Veranstalter und den Teilnehmern von Spring TIME Swing. Sie gelten für sämtliche Angebote und Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit Spring TIME Swing.

2. Anmeldung

2.1 Die Anmeldung zu Spring TIME Swing erfolgt online über das Anmeldesystem auf der Website.

2.2 Die Anmeldung ist verbindlich und verpflichtet den Teilnehmer zur Zahlung der Teilnahmegebühr.

3. Zahlung

3.1 Die Teilnahmegebühren sind im Laufe von 2 Wochen nach Vertragsschluss zu entrichten, sofern nicht anders vereinbart.

3.2 Bei verspäteter Zahlung der Teilnahmegebühren behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor, den Platz weiterzugeben. Die Anmeldung verfällt in diesem Fall.

4. Rücktritt und Kündigung

4.1 Der Teilnehmer kann bei Anmeldungen bis 14 Tage vor Eventbeginn kostenfrei vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Bei Rückerstattung behält sich der Veranstalter das Recht vor 15€ Bearbeitungsgebühr einzubehalten.

4.2 Bei einem Rücktritt nach diesem Zeitpunkt ist die volle Teilnahmegebühr zu zahlen.

4.3 Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, Swing TIME Spring abzusagen. In diesem Fall werden die bereits gezahlten Teilnahmegebühren zurückerstattet.

5. Details

5.1 Die genauen Details zu Spring TIME Swing, wie Veranstaltungsort, Datum, Uhrzeit und Programm, sind auf der Website und in der Veranstaltungsausschreibung zu finden.

5.2 Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, aus organisatorischen Gründen Änderungen am Ablauf und Programm vorzunehmen.

6. Haftung

Die Teilnahme an Spring TIMW Swing erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. Der Veranstalter haftet nicht für Unfälle, Verletzungen oder Schäden, die während des Tanz-Events auftreten.

8. Datenschutz

8.1 Der Veranstalter weist darauf hin, dass die Angabe korrekter Adressdaten notwendig ist, damit die Buchung korrekt durchgeführt und wirksam werden kann.

8.2 Der Veranstalter erhebt und verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten der Teilnehmer gemäß den geltenden Datenschutzbestimmungen. Die Datenschutzrichtlinien des Veranstalters sind auf der Website verfügbar.

9. Fotografie- und Videoaufnahmen

Gemäss Informationspflicht nach Art. 14 DSGVO weist der Veranstalter darauf hin, dass im Rahmen der Veranstaltung Foto- und/oder Videoaufnahmen gemacht werden können. Diese können insbesondere zu Werbezwecken und zur redaktionellen Verwendung in Medien verschiedener Form genutzt. Mit dem Kauf/der Anmeldung zu Swing TIME Spring erklärt sich der Teilnehmer ausdrücklich mit der – für ihn entgeltlosen – Veröffentlichung der von ihm gemachten Fotos und Filmaufnahmen einverstanden.

10. Schlussbestimmungen

10.1 Änderungen oder Ergänzungen dieser AGB bedürfen der Schriftform.

10.2 Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB unwirksam sein, berührt dies die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht.

10.3 Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
